Toobin' is a racing game where players control characters named Biff and Jet as they navigate river rapids on inner tubes. The primary challenge involves steering to avoid riverbanks and central dividers while contending with various obstacles like crocodiles, logs, branches, and fishermen.
Players have a limited stock of tin cans to throw at these hazards. The gameplay is challenging due to a strict time limit imposed on each course. Successfully passing through designated gates provides a points bonus, and completing a level results in a celebratory scene.
