Stellar 7 Overview
Stellar 7 is a first person combat vehicle simulator set in a conflict between Terran and Arcturan forces. The player pilots the Raven, a sophisticated fighting machine, on a campaign across star systems against the army of Gir Draxon.
Presented in a true polygonal 3D view from the cockpit, the game involves destroying enemy forces in each system. This culminates in a confrontation with a large Guardian ship, beamed down by a mothership, before advancing. The final objective is a battle with Gir Draxon himself in the Arcturus system.
While this version is a remake with enhanced graphics, sound, and introductory cutscenes, its fundamental design remains closely aligned with the 1983 original. Enemy placement and level layout are virtually unchanged. New elements include special power modules for the vehicle, such as a supercannon, and a unique major boss at the conclusion of every level.
