In this platform game, the player controls a ninja tasked with liberating Naipusan from the northern armies by defeating the Shogun of Death. The journey progresses through distinct stages, including villages, cemeteries, and castles, culminating in a final confrontation.
Combat involves a sword for direct attacks and a magic system for ranged projectiles or health restoration. Magical energy, required for these abilities, is replenished by collecting golden spheres found in the environments. Enemy variety increases as the game advances, starting with basic foes like dogs and armed ninjas.
