Sabre Team Overview
Sabre Team is a turn based strategic simulation where players command a four soldier squad. The team is assembled from a roster of eight elite operatives, each mission involving hostage rescue or building assault scenarios.
Gameplay revolves around a limited pool of action points per soldier each turn. These points are consumed for all activities, including movement, firing weapons, and reloading. An isometric perspective displays the maps, with a compass showing movement directions and the origin points of enemy fire.
Strategic planning begins before missions with weapon selection. Different firearms have trade offs in noise output, affecting stealth, and the weight of their ammunition. Players undertake five missions that grow progressively more challenging.
