Atomic Chill Overview
Atomic Chill is a puzzle platformer where the player moves through discrete screens. The setting involves a 2031 scenario where Earth's uranium supply is threatened by a loss of contact with the colony CLOO7.
Control is given over to a team of seven investigative robots. The core activity involves navigating environmental hazards and solving puzzles, which often require activating switches or applying found objects. The robot can both jump and fire a weapon.
Taking damage from enemies or traps depletes a health meter, resulting in the loss of the current unit. A new robot from the remaining pool then continues the mission. The experience is challenging, as failure is permanent and the game concludes only when all seven robots have been destroyed.
