Go Go Ackman Overview
Go Go Ackman is a scrolling platformer where the player controls a character named Ackman. His primary objective involves navigating linear levels, though some exploration is possible to locate concealed weapons and items.
The protagonist works as an agent for the Demon Lord, tasked with killing and collecting souls. This occupation has drawn the attention of an angel named Tenshi, who dispatches angelic forces and assassins to stop him. For Ackman, this conflict provides a welcome diversion from his previous boredom.
In terms of mechanics, Ackman possesses a basic punch and can charge a ranged energy attack. Certain enemies can be stunned by jumping on them, after which they can be turned into a sliding projectile. Defensive options include carrying up to three bombs capable of clearing the screen of foes. He can also equip a temporary weapon, such as a sword, boomerang, or pistol, which is lost if he takes damage.
