Zoop is a puzzle game where colored shapes advance toward the player's own colored piece. The objective is to prevent these shapes from reaching the top of the play area.
Gameplay involves aiming and firing your piece at the approaching shapes. A successful elimination occurs when the target matches your piece's color, which also removes all same colored shapes behind it in that line. Hitting a shape of a different color causes your piece to swap colors with it.
The pace is fast, requiring quick reactions to manage the incoming threats. The color matching and swapping mechanics form the core interaction for clearing the playfield.
