Fun 'N Games is a Sega Genesis title that functions as a compilation of interactive activities and creative tools. The software is organized into four primary categories, each containing distinct applications and mini-games.
Two of these sections are dedicated to creative expression. One offers a music composition studio where users can place notes on a staff using various instruments and incorporate sound effects, including animal noises. Another provides a paint program with multiple tools and the ability to use pre-made assets or import custom sprites.
The sprite creation is handled by two separate mini-games found in another category. These allow for designing characters by assembling different clothing and body parts, which can then be used in the painting application.
For gameplay, there are three distinct mini-games. One is a challenging top-down maze experience where a character must collect items while avoiding enemies, with a power-up that temporarily reverses roles. Another is a shooter viewed from a cockpit perspective, where the player targets increasingly difficult foes. A third, exclusive to this version, is a reaction-based game where players hit targets as they appear.
