Trump Boy is a Game Boy title offering three distinct card games. Each supports play against the computer or against another person using a link cable.
The collection includes a five-player shedding game where participants must beat the previous play with higher cards or sets. Round outcomes determine player rankings, which carry over to influence the next deal by granting starting privileges and forcing card exchanges between the highest and lowest performers.
For two players, a faster shedding variant called Speed is available, where cards are discarded by matching or being adjacent in value to the current top card. Another two-player option is a memory matching game where competitors seek pairs from facedown layouts.
