Gem Gem is a game where movement is based on rotating floor tiles to create paths through interconnected rooms. The primary objective involves gathering three gems to form a key, a process that must be completed five separate times.
Progress is gated by these keys, with the full set required to unlock the final area. Enemy encounters are resolved through a separate Janken, or rock-paper-scissors, combat system rather than through the tile-based navigation.
