Star Wars : Episode III : Revenge of the Sith Overview
Star Wars: Episode III: Revenge of the Sith for the Game Boy Advance allows players to follow the film's narrative by controlling either Anakin Skywalker or Obi-Wan Kenobi. The primary single-player experience is presented as a side-scrolling action game, which incorporates a sense of depth without being fully three-dimensional. Progression through these levels involves collecting Mission Points, which are used to modify the player's chosen character.
While this is a Game Boy Advance title, certain special moves are executed using the touch screen. To supplement the side-scrolling action, three dedicated 3D stages are included for each character's path. Players can select from two difficulty levels, making the experience either fair or challenging.
A separate multiplayer mode focuses on space combat, featuring eight distinct maps set in locations like Coruscant, space, Hoth, and Tatooine. Up to four players can compete using multiple game cards, with the option to include bots. Seventeen different starfighters are available, though many must be unlocked by defeating specific movie characters in deathmatch scenarios.
