Zool Overview
Zool is a side-scrolling platform game where the player controls an extraterrestrial gremlin. This character aims to achieve ninja status by navigating six distinct worlds, each composed of three separate stages.
Gameplay involves running, jumping, and scaling walls while confronting adversaries with projectile attacks. Various power-ups are available within the levels, such as items that grant extra lives, protective shields, enhanced jumping ability, and a duplicate character that mimics the player's actions after a short delay.
Before starting, players can adjust several settings. These include the difficulty level, the number of continues, and the speed of the game. An option also exists to select between rock or funk music for the background soundtrack.
