Windsurf Willy is a windsurfing simulation supporting one or two participants across three selectable difficulty tiers. Players perform for a panel of four judges in fifteen distinct environments, where scores are determined by the artistic execution of maneuvers.
Success relies on navigating wave patterns while steering clear of obstacles and debris. The gameplay integrates speed trials with trick-based sequences, where careful observation of the aquatic environment is crucial for achieving a high point total.
