Runaway Overview
Runaway is a point and click adventure game. The player controls a monkey attempting to escape from a zoo.
Its interface uses a verb based system, but operates with an unusual sequence where an object must be selected before choosing an action. A notable restriction is the inventory, which limits the protagonist to holding a single item at a time. This requires the current item to be used or discarded before another can be acquired.
The software supports both English and German, and switching between these languages is done instantly via a flag button in the interface.
