Fire King Overview
Fire King is a top-down action game where players explore dungeons and engage in challenging combat against large groups of enemies. Its gameplay foundation is derived from the Gauntlet style, continuing the design seen in Demon Stalkers.
The setting involves the city of Stormhaven Bay, where the murder of the Fire Mage has disrupted the elemental balance and unleashed monsters. Players assume the role of a hero tasked with confronting these threats to restore order.
Character progression introduces role-playing features, allowing a choice from six protagonists. Each can focus on developing abilities in Magic, Armor, or Strength. Useful equipment and spells are discovered during dungeon exploration for use against foes.
