Digger Remastered Overview
Digger Remastered is a game where the player operates a digging machine within a mine. The primary objective involves gathering emeralds and gold while avoiding hostile creatures known as nobbins and hobbins. Progress to subsequent levels is achieved by either collecting all emeralds or eliminating all of these monsters.
The environment contains gold bags that can fall, posing a threat to the player but also serving as a weapon against monsters. When a bag drops a sufficient distance, its contents spill out for collection. Defeating a specific number of monsters reveals a bonus cherry, which temporarily allows the player to consume enemies for higher scores.
Control is managed through arrow keys for movement and a designated key for firing. The challenge escalates with each level, introducing factors like increased emerald counts, faster enemy movement, and reduced effectiveness of the player's tools. Additional lives are awarded at regular point intervals.
