ESPN National Hockey Night Overview
ESPN National Hockey Night is a hockey simulation for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. It includes the NHL teams from its era, though it does not feature licensed player names.
The simulation offers multiple ways to play, from single matches to extended tournaments and a full league schedule. Progress in longer modes can be preserved using a battery save function. During gameplay, commentary is provided by the voice of broadcaster Bill Clement.
Players can view the action from two different camera angles, one looking down the length of the ice and another from a side perspective.
