Powerball Overview
Alt. Names:
Wrestleball, レッスルボール
Powerball presents a fictional sport combining elements from American football, soccer, and rugby. Eight national teams are available for players to control in an effort to win the championship.
Matches occur on a 100-yard field where two primary scoring methods exist. A goal, worth one point, is achieved by kicking the ball into the opponent's net. Alternatively, carrying the ball into the opposing end zone results in a touchdown, which awards three points.
The game supports both exhibition and league formats for one or two players. The league mode introduces a strategic layer, allowing the use of bonus points to enhance the statistical attributes of team members.
