Ferrari Grand Prix Challenge Overview
Ferrari Grand Prix Challenge is a racing title for the Game Boy where the player assumes the role of a Ferrari driver aiming for the Formula One championship. This objective is pursued across a full season of sixteen events.
Each event involves two distinct phases: a single-lap qualifying session to set the grid, followed by a five-lap main race. Performance in races is measured by a points system, with higher finishing positions yielding greater rewards toward the championship standings. The player competes directly against twenty-five computer-controlled drivers from other teams.
Race strategy includes the option for a pit stop, which combines tire changes and refueling into a dedicated minigame. For preparation outside of the championship, a separate practice mode allows the driver to complete a customizable number of laps.
