Megaman Battle Network 2 presents a new threat to the digital world following the defeat of a previous antagonist group. The central character, Netto Hikari, operates alongside his networked navigator MegaMan.EXE to confront this danger.
A terrorist organization now spreads disruption across the Internet, led by a Navi known as Gospel. Netto, with assistance from companions including Meiru, must investigate and halt their objective, which involves the potential deletion of the entire network.
