Wild Wheels Overview
In this action title, players operate a single vehicle within a team of five, competing against an opposing squad. The primary objective is to score by moving a ball into the opponent's goal, with extra points given for risky moves. An alternative path to victory involves eliminating every car on the enemy team.
Progression is structured around a challenging series of elimination matches across leagues of increasing difficulty. Success earns points that function as a currency, allowing for the purchase of superior vehicles between matches. These cars fall into five distinct categories, each suited to a specific role during play.
Gameplay systems include special zones on the field that provide benefits when driven over. Control can be customized, offering a professional mode where directional inputs rotate the car and an arcade mode for more direct steering. The perspective can be shifted, with common views including a top-down angle and one from directly behind the player's car.
