Stunt Track Racer Overview
Stunt Track Racer is a racing game set on elevated tracks. The player competes against a single computer-controlled opponent in three-lap races, viewed from a first-person perspective inside the vehicle. A persistent league structure requires finishing first in a three-driver division to advance.
Track navigation involves hazards like gaps and moving sections, where strategic choices between aggressive and cautious driving are necessary. Overtaking can occur on the track surface or during jumps. A turbo boost system provides temporary acceleration, but its limited fuel must be managed across a race. Vehicle damage from impacts carries over between events, affecting future performance.
Falling from the track results in a time penalty as the car is reset. The need to win consistently to progress, while managing resources and avoiding critical errors, makes the overall experience challenging.
