Star Command: Gold Overview
Star Command: Gold is an updated version of the earlier title Star Command: Revolution, which was also marketed as Star Command: Deluxe. This re-release introduced visual modifications, including altered background graphics and adjustments to the designs of the ships belonging to the various races.
The DOS version of the game retains the full campaign from its predecessor. However, the Windows release is limited to skirmish and multiplayer modes, omitting the campaign for unspecified reasons. The game is accessible for online play.
