Guimo Overview
Guimo is a 2D platformer released in 1997. Its action takes place across multiple stages set in Bitland, a parallel dimension to Earth.
The narrative involves an invasion by Necterion and his forces, which threatens the inhabitants of this world. The player controls Guimo, a sentinel tasked with guarding the passage between dimensions, in an effort to restore balance.
For its time, the game incorporated several technical features such as enemy artificial intelligence, digital music, and companion robots called Eggies.
