Final Doom – Plutonia 2 Overview
Final Doom – Plutonia 2 is set in a future where the Union Aerospace Corporation was dissolved following legal consequences for its role in enabling demonic invasions through Gateway technology. Its assets and mission were transferred to the newly created Union Aerospace Armed Forces, a major military entity tasked with dimensional security. This organization developed the Hallion Colliders to replace the flawed Quantum Accelerators, a project the press nicknamed Plutonia 2.
The player character, a veteran who helped destroy the Quantum Accelerators, briefly served as a UAAF architect but resigned after allegations of excessive force. Political maneuvering later damaged their reputation, particularly through studies linking UAC medical supplies to psychological issues in trauma survivors, which sidelined them from diplomacy. The UAAF itself fragmented into rival factions amid accusations of overreach, leading to widespread interstellar guerrilla conflict.
When demons invade Earth again, triggering a complex war involving humans and monsters, the protagonist decides to act despite being politically ostracized. Armed only with a pistol, they travel via teleporter to the Amazonian jungle to infiltrate enemy lines, judging it the most viable point of entry.
