Star Sweep Overview

Star Sweep is a falling block puzzle game where players clear colored rectangles by matching them. Each block has a star on one end, and elimination occurs when the stars of two blocks of the same color make contact.
During play, blocks and obstacles ascend from the bottom of the screen. The player controls an off-screen cursor to aim and launch new blocks into the playfield, rotating and positioning them to create matches. The game includes single-player and competitive modes.
A story mode introduces boss creatures and an unusual narrative context. The premise frames the puzzle action as a sport where children prod a creature called a star pig with sticks, causing it to regurgitate the star blocks used in the game.
