Puzzle Boy II Overview
Puzzle Boy II is a puzzle game where the player directs a potato character toward level exits. Progress is blocked by various obstacles, primarily crates and holes that must be manipulated. The challenge comes from the variety of crate and hole shapes and sizes, as well as the presence of spinning doors in many stages.
Four distinct play modes are available. A Beginners Mode explains core mechanics and offers level specific hints, while a Practice Mode allows for selecting level size with random generation. For structured play, Puzzle Mode consists of 40 levels where a time based score is awarded. Action Mode provides a narrative experience through two separate stories.
The game includes a password system and offers four selectable difficulty levels, making the overall experience adjustable from fair to challenging.
