Pinball Mania is a handheld adaptation of a computer pinball title, containing all four of its original tables. The conversion involves a reduction in audiovisual detail compared to the source versions.
While the core table layouts are recognizable, specific design alterations were made during the porting process. These changes include the removal of a significant central section on one table and the absence of a center paddle on two others.
