Lucky Luke Overview

Lucky Luke is a DOS game adapted from the comic series featuring the cowboy of the same name. The primary goal is to capture the four Dalton brothers, with gameplay unfolding across a series of distinct levels.

Levels are set in varied environments such as towns, forts, mines, and a moving train. To advance, the player must complete specific tasks in addition to standard platforming actions like running, jumping, and climbing. These objectives can include rescuing a bank director, gathering gold for a miner, or assembling a totem for Apache characters.

Enemy encounters involve using a revolver against hostile cowboys, jailbreakers, and Indians. Some stages conclude with a boss fight, typically against one of the Daltons. Between main levels, arcade style sequences provide variety, such as chases, horseback riding on Jolly Jumper, or navigating a raft. Separate bonus rounds feature activities like shooting bottles or a roulette style challenge.

The game supports multiple languages, including French, English, German, and Spanish. A password system allows players to resume progress from later points in the adventure.
