Rip-Tide Racer Overview
Rip-Tide Racer presents a futuristic racing scenario where the world is submerged. Participants select from three distinct armed hover bikes, each with its own balance of velocity and defensive capability.
The primary competitive mode involves a series of eight races on unique courses, where finishing first is the objective. Racers can engage in combat, firing upon their four opponents during these events. Success here is tracked via a password system awarded after each win. Course layouts are not strictly linear, occasionally offering different routes to navigate.
An alternative mode shifts the focus entirely to combat, removing the racing boundaries. Here, a set number of competitors roam freely with the sole aim of eliminating others to be the last survivor. This mode, along with the standard races, features collectible power ups to aid the player.
