Pokemon Secret Sapphire Overview
Pokemon Secret Sapphire is a game centered on capturing and training creatures. The player begins as a new trainer in Littleroot Town, receiving a first Pokemon from Professor Birch. The selection includes three distinct types: a grass-type, a fire-type, and a water-type creature.
The adventure unfolds across the Hoenn region, which features eight gyms to challenge. A significant new tactical element is introduced with battles that involve two Pokemon on each side. The game world contains over 350 different species to encounter and record in an updated Pokedex, alongside various new items.
This journey involves confronting a villainous group named Team Aqua. Their objective is to flood the world to awaken a legendary Pokemon called Kyogre. The player's overarching goal is to thwart this plan and achieve mastery as a trainer.
