Hot Wheels: All Out is a handheld racing title featuring the toy car brand. Racing occurs from an isometric viewpoint across four distinct environments: city, ice, volcano, and jungle. Each location presents specific hazards, such as manholes in urban areas or snowmen on frozen circuits.
Players select from 19 different classic Hot Wheels vehicle models, including named examples like Phantasm and Firestorm. During races, drivers can utilize a Nitro boost and a slow motion function. The primary modes include a quick play option for immediate, randomized track selection and a series of five specific challenge types.
These challenges involve tasks such as competing directly against AI opponents, gathering items within a time limit, chasing a target vehicle, surviving elimination rounds, or racing against the clock. A separate ultimate challenge mode requires completing a sequence of these events to earn a trophy.
