Elf : The Movie Overview
Elf: The Movie is a Game Boy Advance platformer released in 2004 alongside the film's DVD. It adapts the story of Buddy, a human raised at the North Pole who travels to New York City.
The core experience is a side-scrolling adventure across ten missions. These levels reflect scenes from the film, involving objectives like retrieving sleigh components or collecting letters. Hazards such as polar bears, traffic, and icy water will deplete Buddy's health, which can be restored by gathering candy and lollipops.
Separate from the main story, several mini-games are accessible. These include a puzzle about building snowmen, a memory challenge called Santa Says, and a task of matching shoes in a workshop. Additional mini-games are found during the primary campaign.
