Ragnarok Overview
Ragnarok was one of those straightforward Flash games you'd find on a browser gaming site in the early 2000s. It didn't have a complicated story or elaborate graphics. You just loaded it up and started shooting things.
You control an archer standing on a small platform. Your job is to survive waves of monsters, like bats and other creatures, that fly in from the sides of the screen. You aim with your mouse and click to fire arrows. The main objective is simply to last as long as you can, clearing each wave before the next one arrives. The game introduces different enemy types that require specific timing to hit, and you often have to lead your shots to account for their movement. The pacing is quick, and the difficulty ramps up steadily as the screen gets more crowded. It feels like a tense, focused test of your aim and reflexes.
