Dogfight Overview
Back in the days of Flash games, you could find a lot of simple shooters. Dogfight was one of them. It was a game you'd load in a browser window, with basic graphics and immediate action. It fit right in with that era of quick, accessible games you played for a few minutes at a time.
You control a small fighter plane from a top-down view. Your job is to survive waves of enemy aircraft while also attacking ground targets. You use the arrow keys to bank and turn, constantly adjusting to dodge incoming fire. The spacebar fires your machine guns at other planes, and another key, often control, releases bombs onto the tanks and trucks below. The pace is relentless; enemies come from all sides, and you have to manage both air and ground threats. It feels frantic and direct, a test of your reflexes more than anything else.
