Air Dogfight Overview
Air Dogfight was one of those straightforward games you'd find in the early 2000s, a time when a simple Flash title could fill a few minutes between classes or work. It didn't have a grand story or complex menus. You just clicked and started flying.
You control a lone fighter plane with your mouse, guiding it across a blue sky dotted with clouds. Enemy planes, typically red, approach from the right side of the screen. Your job is to line up your sights and left-click to fire, trying to hit them before they pass by or return fire. Each plane you destroy adds a point to your score. The game starts calmly, but the pace quickens as more enemies appear, weaving in different patterns. It can get surprisingly tense when several planes are on screen at once, and a single hit ends your run. The experience is pure, uncomplicated action, a test of quick reflexes and steady aim.
