Snipes Overview
Snipes is an arcade action game set within a large maze. The player's objective is to eliminate all enemy generators and the Snipes creatures they produce. Both the player and the Snipes are armed and can fire at each other.
Control is handled through two separate sets of keys, allowing independent movement and shooting in eight directions. This means a player can fire in a direction different from the one they are moving. The game ends if the player loses all their lives.
Multiple skill levels adjust the challenge. Higher levels introduce more numerous and aggressive Snipes, and the maze walls themselves become challenging hazards to avoid.
