Lollypop Overview
Lollypop is a jump and run game where the player guides an animated doll named Lolly. Her objective is to travel through eight large levels to reach a land of endless candy, a journey that begins with an escape from a toy factory.
The levels present a challenging environment, featuring diverse settings such as a ghost town, a snow world, and a dreamscape. Progression involves navigating past traps and monsters, which requires precise jumps and the use of lollipops as projectile weapons. A special camera can eliminate all on screen enemies in critical moments. Each world concludes with a boss monster that must be defeated using specific strategies.
Players can find chests throughout the levels. These contain helpful items like keys for unlocking areas, power ups, and sweets, but they can also hold harmful objects that impair control or cause damage. Lolly can withstand three hits before the game ends. A time limit for each level encourages forward movement, and while the game cannot be saved, a passcode is provided after completing a level.
