MTV Sports: Skateboarding featuring Andy Macdonald is an isometric skateboarding title for the Game Boy Color. Players select from four skateboarders, one of whom is the professional Andy Macdonald.
The gameplay involves performing various tricks, including ollies, grabs, spins, and grinds. Points are earned by executing these maneuvers and by completing specific objectives, such as locating MTV icons scattered throughout the environments.
A total of eighteen urban locations are available for exploration. These cities are unlocked through play and can later be accessed freely in a dedicated Free-Skate mode.
