Meitantei Conan: Kigantou Hihō Densetsu is a top-down adventure game for the Game Boy Color. The narrative centers on a request from the Togawa sisters, Satomi and Miki, who seek to uncover the truth about their missing parents after receiving a mysterious letter and a golden statue linked to a remote island.

The investigation takes the group to a solitary island in the western Japan Sea, accessible only by infrequent ship travel. Upon arrival, they encounter a village with peculiar inhabitants and a wealthy family with a hidden history. The situation escalates when a murder occurs at a western-style estate, requiring Conan to solve this crime alongside the deeper mysteries of the island and the sisters' lineage.
