Gameplay involves rhythmic button inputs and timed action commands across the ten standard events. Beyond a full championship, an arcade mode presents a challenging structure where advancing requires meeting specific performance targets. Multiplayer is supported for two players simultaneously, and certain events allow turn-based play with a single game pak.
