V.I.P. Overview
V.I.P. for the Game Boy Advance adapts the television series centered on the Vallery Irons Protection agency. The plot involves a missing actor who must be located and delivered to an awards ceremony by 9:00 PM, initiating a mission with a time-sensitive objective.
Gameplay is structured across various action sequences where the player controls different agency members. These sequences involve distinct vehicle and movement mechanics, including driving a sports car, roller-skating, piloting a boat and helicopter, and on-foot combat. The player navigates environments while avoiding obstacles and confronting hostile forces such as guards, robots, and wildlife.
Throughout these levels, characters can collect items to aid progress, such as health restoratives, weapon enhancements, and fuel. The overall experience could be considered challenging due to the variety of mechanics and the implied time pressure. Progression can be managed using a password system, and the game includes a Ubi Key feature.
