Lilo & Stitch Overview
Disney's Lilo & Stitch for the Game Boy Advance is an action adventure title that continues the story from the 2002 film. The plot is driven by the alien Dr. Pestus kidnapping Lilo, prompting Stitch to mount a rescue mission that takes him off Earth.
Gameplay is divided between the two characters, each with distinct styles. Stitch engages in shooter oriented sequences, which include side scrolling combat with laser pistols and bombs, as well as dedicated shooter stages. Meanwhile, Lilo's sections focus on stealth and puzzle solving, where she uses her doll Scrump to avoid detection by aliens.
Progress across the eight levels alternates between their separate stories until they reunite. The final objective involves a joint escape using an alien vehicle to confront Dr. Pestus and return home. The game employs a password system for saving progress, and players can unlock movie stills and video clips during play.
