Baseball Advance Overview
Baseball Advance is a Game Boy Advance title developed through a collaboration between Sega and THQ. The game includes all the teams and players from the contemporary Major League Baseball roster, providing a licensed sports simulation.
Gameplay employs two distinct camera perspectives. While batting and pitching are handled from a third-person viewpoint positioned behind the batter, the action shifts to a top-down angle for defensive fielding plays. This visual approach is designed to offer clarity during different phases of the match.
Several modes of play are available, including Exhibition, Season, Playoff, and All-Star options. Players can also select from four specific stadiums: Fenway Park, Safeco Field, Wrigley Field, and Pacific Bell Park.
