Atomic Betty Overview
Atomic Betty is a platform and puzzle game where the player manages three distinct characters at once. Each character possesses unique skills that are applied across two primary settings: Earth and outer space.
The gameplay involves alternating between terrestrial and cosmic environments. On Earth, the characters' abilities are oriented around mundane tasks and navigation, such as moving objects or fitting through tight spaces. In space, their functions shift to combat and traversal, including using a jetpack or special gadgets against enemies.
A notable design choice makes the overall experience easy, as only one character must reach a level's exit to succeed, and the risk of failure is reduced. The game also includes occasional vehicle-based stages where the player pilots a spaceship through obstacles like asteroid fields.
