Total Noobie Training Overview
Total Noobie Training was one of those simple, direct games you'd find during the Flash era. It didn't try to be anything more than a quick, interactive diversion, the kind you'd play for a few minutes between other tasks. The game presented a clear, single-screen scenario without much preamble.
You control an aerobics instructor, Jocelyn, who is trying to lead a class. Your main tool is the mouse, used to click on her to keep her energy level high. If her energy drops, the class ends. Meanwhile, you also manage the students by clicking on them to correct their clumsy form, which slowly improves their performance. The objective is straightforward: keep the class going for as long as possible by balancing these two tasks. The pacing is constant, a steady rhythm of clicking between the instructor and the scattered students, with the difficulty gradually rising as you try to maintain control. It feels like a light, repetitive juggling act, where your attention is always split.
