Archerland Overview
Archerland was one of those straightforward Flash games you might have found on a gaming portal in the late 2000s. It didn't try to be anything more than a quick, satisfying way to spend a few minutes. You controlled a single archer defending a castle wall, and the goal was simple: hold the line.
You move your cursor to aim and click to fire arrows at waves of approaching soldiers. Each enemy you defeat drops resources like gold or wood, which you collect by clicking on them. Between waves, you spend these resources to upgrade your archer's damage or fire rate, and to build new defensive towers along the wall. The pace is methodical at first, but the waves come faster and the enemies get tougher, forcing you to manage your upgrades carefully. The game feels like a tense, click-heavy race to outpace an inevitable siege.
