Looking For Treasure Overview
Looking For Treasure was one of those simple, straightforward games you'd find during the Flash era. It didn't try to be anything more than a quick, focused puzzle, the kind you'd play in a browser tab between other tasks. The presentation was clean and uncluttered, putting the puzzle itself front and center.
You control a cursor, clicking tiles to reveal what's underneath. Your job is to find matching pairs of treasure chests before time runs out. Each click flips a tile, showing either part of a chest or an empty space, and you have to remember the locations as you go. The clock adds a constant, gentle pressure, keeping you from being too methodical. It feels like a quiet race against your own memory, a test of focus more than reflex.
