Commando 2 Overview
Commando 2 was one of those straightforward action games you'd find during the Flash era. It came out in 2005, and it was a sequel to a game many people played in their browsers. The setup was simple: you were a soldier dropped into enemy territory with a clear job to do.
You control a commando from an overhead view, moving with the keyboard and aiming your rifle with the mouse. Your main objective is to fight through each level, eliminating enemy soldiers and vehicles to complete your mission. You can throw grenades with the spacebar to clear groups, and you often need to use the terrain for cover. The pacing is fast, and the difficulty comes from being surrounded and outgunned. It feels like a tense, constant scramble for survival.
