Big Shot Checker Overview
You control a set of pieces, moving them diagonally across the black squares of the board. The main goal is to capture all of your opponent's pieces or block them from making any legal move. Your pieces move forward until they reach the far side, where they are crowned as a king; that king can then move both forward and backward, which changes the flow of the game. The controls are entirely mouse-driven, clicking to select a piece and then clicking on a destination square. The game moves at a deliberate pace, requiring you to think a step or two ahead, and the difficulty comes from planning these captures and avoiding traps. It feels like a quiet, focused test of patience and foresight.
